Every session regardless of length includes resume preparation and a copy of ExecuGroup's Next Step guide to finding the next career opportunity. Next Step is designed for use during seminars, in conjunction with individual counseling with an ExeruGroup consultant for independent study.

For management employees below the senior management level, similar one, two and three day programs designed to meet their somewhat different needs are also available, "One on One" counseling with an ExecuGroup career consultant may be added for a specified period of time,

Traditional executive management outplacement typically includes the executive reporting to a specific office, usually in a facility operated by the outplacement firm. This is to discipline the executive to "go to the office regularly" and diligently work at the job search process, to meet with a career counselor and to access administrative support.

While these services are available to our clients, we know that with today's electronic communications, outplacement objectives can be achieved just as effectively by PC, phone and fax from the executive's home office with periodic "face to face" meetings with our career consultants. This has been an increasingly more attractive option and very cost effective. Regardless of approach, the programs are individually designed and constructed to meet the specific needs of each senior manager.

Customized Remote Outplacement Program

There are times when it is not cost effective to have "on site" outplacement services. In cases where there are limited numbers or where operations are in remote locations, a reasonably priced, but high quality alternative can be used.
