RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage,
sell and implement programs to national lending accounts
-
Service
assigned national client relationships to achieve company growth
-
Direct
and coordinate the development of company support to meet client
lender needs
-
Develop
and participate in joint sales campaigns involving intra-company
solutions to enhance mutual marketplace opportunities and achieve
relationship sales and objectives.

Plan,
develop and communicate national sales and/or client performance,
training and presentations for insured partner development and
profitable program management
-
Expand
existing financial institution relationships
-
Assist
with the management of timely remittance of premiums with assigned
national lender relationships
-
Independently
manage day-to-day activities to maximize established performance
goals

Initiate
and maintain timely written and verbal report of field activities,
sales and service results no leas than on a weekly basis to
provide management with current developments and/or areas
EXPERIENCE:
Four plus years of direct retail Consumer and/or Mortgage banking
experience preferred. Hands-on experience with consumer lending,
consumer underwriting, risk management, and portfolio profitability
management. Results oriented individual with a history of achieving
and exceeding performance goals.
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in consumer lending and
or risk management.

Federal Government Contracting Experience is highly desirable.
Project Manager
Provides overall management direction to single projects
Implements and enforces company policies & procedures
Develops and maintains relationships with owners, architects and
subcontractors
Monitors construction, financial and performance issues
Assures overall project budget, schedule and safety goals are
exceeded
Project Superintendent
5+ years general building experience
Ability to oversee total construction effort to insure project
is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule
Coordinate with various contractors and supervise/coordinate trades
Computer skills necessary
