Wayne has been in the outplacement and career coaching industry for over 15 years. He served as Sr. Vice President, Northeast Region for Manchester Partners. At Manchester, he assisted in acquiring and managing some of the largest outplacement contracts in the company's history and championed the development of EmploymentTalkT, the outplacement industry's premier career transition web based system. In addition, he has been a Right Management Career Consultant, Director of HR, Dun & Bradstreet and a senior HR Director for Airco/BOC Group.
