Robert T. Ray

Robert (Terry) Ray is a native of Mississippi and has enjoyed a career in human resources with Bank of America, Nations Bank and Chrysler First, Daimler Chrysler's captive finance company. His last position before co-founding ExecuGroup was Sr. Vice President, Nations Bank, with nationwide responsibility for the Consumer Finance Operations and Human Resources. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science from Mary Mount College in Pennsylvania and has been a member of the American Financial Services Human Resources and Operations Committees. In his 20-year career, he has also held numerous leadership positions in other industry, civic and philanthropic associations.
