James O. Norwine

Co-founder of ExecuGroup, Inc., and a native Californian, Jim spent over 20 years with Bank of America in senior operating and human resources positions. He was Director of Employee Relations for the bank's Southern Division and its 37,000 employees. He served as Sr. Vice President, Human Resources Executive for FinanceAmerica, Bank of America's largest operating subsidiary with offices nationwide and in Canada.

Immediately prior to co-founding ExecuGroup, Inc., he was Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Daimler Chrysler Financial with worldwide responsibility for administrative services and human resources. Jim has served as Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the American Financial Services Association receiving the Association's Distinguished Service Award, the industry's highest award given to two executives annually. He was also named Best of the Best presented by the California Governor's Committee for the Employment of the Physically Challenged. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Los Angeles and continued graduate studies at University of California at Los Angeles. He has a Labor Law Certificate from the Antioch School of Law.
